The Worldwide Wedding | Acrobatic Couple Marries 46 Times

We are  proud to present Rhiann Woodyard and Cheetah Platt‘s final private wedding ceremony, back from around the world to where they first met.

They went from being our talent for our Atomos Shogun test videos to being featured on CNN, ABC and Good Morning America. Why? Because they got married 46 times across 12 countries and 6 continents!!!!! THAT’S WHY!

All the gear that we test and review is nothing if we don’t go out and tell great stories with them. When I texted my high school friend Rhiann asking when their final ceremony after their crazy awesome journey was, they told me “Today”. I was like WHAT???

They’re having it where they first met, just them two… this was the last chance to capture what they did around the world in its purest form.

I grabbed what I could and ran out the door. This included the original A7s+Atomos Shogun combo I filmed them with 3 months prior and our trusty C100. With a monopod, glidecam and a couple of lav mics, I crossed my fingers that I could capture perhaps their most important ceremony of all properly.

Totally unplanned, but exercising the fundamentals I stressed in my NAB 2015 talk, I was able to weave a story out of the little bit of sunset we had left.

A big congratulations to our two friends!
